The staff were very friendly, the room was clean. The location is great. The coffee and pastry shop in the lobby provided good coffee and breakfast snacks. I liked the comfortable lobby. On March 24 at 815 am I turned in a wallet that I found on the sidewalk in front of the hotel, with a lot of cash in it; I would like to know if the owner of that wallet was able to be located and the wallet returned to it's owner.

Everything was perfect. Room is reasonably enough for the only people. Heater works very good. Hot water is good for the shower. Elevators work fast. Staff is really good. They solved quickly what I demand and are very kind. Every morning housekeeper comes and asked do I need anything. Location is excellent. Of course I will choose this hotel again and recommend to everyone.

The room was clean, quiet and relaxing. It would have been better if I had a washcloth and a desk lamp, though. The bathroom lighting was better than expected.

Located very close to Times Square, but just far enough away to not get the noise. Rooms was small but bed was comfy and decent bathroom

Well, needless to mention the amaaaaaazing location - just round the corner from Times Square, a few blocks away from the 42 St-Port Authority subway station and just in the center of everything. The spacious and beautifully decorated lobby with a bar (and happy hour!) was a definite and pleasant surprise. The hotel bar closed at 11 pm (maybe midnight?) but the bar next door is open until 4 or 5 am and has discounts for the hotel guests. I heard some other guests complaining about the elevators constantly breaking down, but I had no trouble with them, not once. The room itself was fine, it even had an electric iron and an ironing board, the bed pretty comfy too. I didn't spend much time in the room, so it was okay for me for a few days.

Great Location and Friendly Staff – A Comfortable Stay at Paramount Hotel My family and I recently stayed at the Paramount Hotel in Times Square for three nights during our visit to New York City. The location is excellent—just a short walk from Times Square and conveniently close to subway stations, which made it easy for us to explore the city. The hotel lobby is beautiful and welcoming, and we were warmly received by the staff, who were friendly, helpful, and professional throughout our stay. Our room was on the smaller side, and we were a bit disappointed that there were no tea or coffee facilities in the room. However, the room was clean and well-maintained, which made for a comfortable rest after long days of sightseeing. We also enjoyed the little restaurant near the entrance of the hotel—it served surprisingly good food and was perfect for a quick bite or a relaxed meal. Overall, the Paramount Hotel offers a convenient and pleasant stay in the heart of Manhattan. While there were a few minor drawbacks, the cleanliness, service, and location made it a good choice for our family trip to NYC.
